PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to Sections 4928.20(C) and 4929.27(B) of the Ohio Revised Code, the Village of Granville and Granville Township, Ohio shall conduct a combined public hearing for the purpose of obtaining public input on the Plan of Operation and Governance of the natural gas aggregation program. The Plan of Operation and Governance include the following provisions: (1) service provided; (2) determination of rates; (3) opt-out procedures; (4) billing and credit; (5) switching fees; and, (6) participation in the aggregation program. The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio may suggest other provisions to the Plan after its review.

All eligible customers who receive natural gas service from Columbia Gas of Ohio - shall be included in the Village’s/Township’s aggregation program. If an acceptable supply offer is received and accepted by the Village/Township, eligible customers shall receive an opt-out letter for the natural gas program explaining the rate and terms and conditions of the program.

The public hearing shall be held at Granville Township Service Complex at 1554 Columbus Rd. in Granville, Ohio on Wednesday, June 28th 2023 at 7:00 PM.
