Proposed Rezoning of 3836 Columbus Road

Public Hearing Date: February 18^th, 2008

Public Hearing Location and Time: Raccoon Valley Conservation Club, 3447 Raccoon Valley Road at 7:30 PM

Hearing Content: This hearing will be held by Granville Township Zoning Commission on an application to rezone 25.289 acres located at 3836 Columbus Road from agricultural (AG) to professional (PRO). This property is currently owned by Eric L. Jones, Trustee.

Access to Application: This application will be available for viewing at the Granville Public Library beginning January 25^th, 2008.

Person Responsible for Notice of Hearing: Robert T. Erhard, Chairman of the Granville Township with assistance from Betty Allen Hollinger, Secretary.

Final Resolution of the Case:  At the conclusion of the hearing the Commission will vote and send its recommendation to the Board of Township Trustees for final official action.
